Description Amazon is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Project Engineer to support the expansion of the Amazon Logistics Extra Large (AMXL) network. As a member of the Japan AMXL Team you will be responsible for supporting the design, optimization and installation of building infrastructure, material handling equipment and processes of our existing and future network. Responsibilities: - Create layout based on all standards and policies for legacy/new sites aligning with stakeholders - Provide CAPEX estimation based on the layouts and historical data to support financial assessment - Project management of budget/schedule/quality/safety/stakeholders of assigned new site launch and legacy site modification projects - Active involvement in cross functional infrastructure projects, provide technical input and conduct value engineering/ value analysis - Ensures projects are executed in adherence to all Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
