We are looking for a Project Documentation (M/F/T) at Flowserve

Responsibilities:

Customer support regarding documentation requirementsCreation of standard and project documentation, from clarification of the requirements to execution in coordination with the departmentsSupport of order processing in the creation of internal and external status reports as well as customer expediting in terms of order/project progressMonthly progress reports, etc.Independent operation of customer portals in accordance with documentation requirements and coordination with our IT in terms of access/installation/authorizations to these portalsSupport and cooperation PMO in the development of new procedures for project-related documentation requirements as well as documentation of procedures and processes. Procurement of documentation for third-party products​

Requirements:

BE Mechanical Engineering in relevant field and around 2 years relevant experienceBasic technical knowledge / good technical understandingGood knowledge of MS OfficeWillingness to familiarize yourself with new internal and customer-specific programs for creating documentationIndependent and structured way of workingVery good communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team, commitment and flexibility goodField of expertise – Documentation, Quality control, Planning, Procurement, supply chain, order entryCommunication Skills – Excellent levelSoftware’s – MS office(Intermediate level)Others  – SAP, PMP, Windchill, Oracle, OEPDMS 2.0
