We're looking for a dynamic and seasoned Project Director to lead the design and execution of large-scale industrial projects across India. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive complex civil and structural initiatives—from concept to completion—working with passionate teams and global partners to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable solutions.
You'll serve as the strategic lead for planning, resource management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring every project meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations. From managing consultants and contractors to directing on-ground execution, you’ll be the anchor of project success.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or ArchitectureMaster’s in Structural Engineering, PMP, and EHS qualifications are added advantages Technical Skills: Expertise in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/PrimaveraDeep understanding of steel, RCC, PEB structures & MEP integration Soft Skills: Strong communicator and relationship builderConflict resolution pro with sharp attention to detailOpen to travel and adept at managing multiple stakeholdersHow You’ll Lead & Make an Impact:
1. Design Leadership
Translate business needs into scalable design solutionsLead civil/structural design for factories, warehouses, and industrial campusesManage office interior designs including space planning and finishesCollaborate with architects, consultants, and MEP teamsEnsure code compliance and design accuracy with timely revisions2. Project Execution
Oversee end-to-end execution—from blueprints to buildLead cross-functional teams: design, procurement, construction, and EHSTrack milestones, manage risks, and drive progress with precisionHandle subcontractors, PMCs, and external developersMonitor budgets and optimize resource deployment3. Stakeholder & Authority Management
Be the go-to person for internal customers and design updatesLead review meetings and interface with statutory bodiesSecure approvals and manage lessor/landowner relationships4. Documentation & Governance
