Acting as a global content hub, the Content Factory supports a wide range of markets by delivering high-quality, modular content production and Veeva/Salesforce-enabled assets, while ensuring compliance, consistency, and agility. Our model focuses on automation, localization, and smart reuse of assets, allowing teams to deliver with precision while continuously upskilling in digital tools and platforms. **Overview** In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strategic Leadership** + Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Project Management team. + Align project goals with overall business objectives and organizational strategy. **2. Project Planning and Execution** + Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. **3. Resource Management** + Lead resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance. + Identify and address resource constraints, collaborating with department heads as needed. **4. Client Communication** + Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. + Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients in a transparent and effective manner. **5. Risk Management** + Identify and mitigate project risks, working proactively to avoid potential roadblocks. + Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success. **6. Quality Assurance** + Establish and enforce project management best practices and standards. + Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality and adherence to project guidelines. **7. Budget Oversight** + Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. + Provide financial oversight and reporting for all projects within the portfolio. **8. Team Development** + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Project Management team. + Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications** + Proven experience as a Project Director or in a similar leadership role. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. + Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Experience managing complex projects in diverse industries. + Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. + Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. + Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience with project management tools and software. + Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies. + Experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
