Strategic Leadership** + Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Project Management team. + Align project goals with overall business objectives and organizational strategy. **2. Project Planning and Execution** + Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. **3. Resource Management** + Lead resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance. + Identify and address resource constraints, collaborating with department heads as needed. **4. Client Communication** + Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. + Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients in a transparent and effective manner. **5. Risk Management** + Identify and mitigate project risks, working proactively to avoid potential roadblocks. + Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success. **6. Quality Assurance** + Establish and enforce project management best practices and standards. + Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality and adherence to project guidelines. **7. Budget Oversight** + Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. + Provide financial oversight and reporting for all projects within the portfolio. **8. Team Development** + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Project Management team. + Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications** + Proven experience as a Project Director or in a similar leadership role. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. + Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Experience managing complex projects in diverse industries. + Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. + Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. + Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience with project management tools and software. + Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies. + Experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
