What does a Project Director do at Hogarth?
As a Project Director within the Workshop, a Creative team at Hogarth Worldwide, you play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the seamless execution of creative production projects. You oversee and optimize internal workflows, processes, and resource management across the studio, creative, and liaise with account teams, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is critical in enabling the account team to focus on project ownership and client relationships by ensuring that operational frameworks are robust, efficient, and scalable. You are the go-to person for solving complex challenges, driving process improvements, and ensuring that all internal stakeholders are aligned to deliver best-in-class creative work.
Responsibilities
Oversee internal workflows to ensure alignment between the studio, creative, and account teams. Act as the operational lead, enabling the account team to focus on their projects and clients by managing processes effectively. Manage end-to-end creative production processes, ensuring smooth handoffs, adherence to timelines, and efficient delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and workflow documentation to keep all teams aligned and informed. Monitor progress across multiple projects, proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks and resolving them before they impact delivery. Ensure all work meets brand guidelines, QC standards, and internal procedures for consistency and quality. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable, best-practice solutions to enhance productivity. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize processes, resolve production challenges, and improve efficiency. Introduce tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project tracking, resource planning, and overall operational performance. Champion accountability by ensuring all teams adhere to agreed-upon processes and deliverables. Lead initiatives to foster collaboration, streamline workflows, and boost overall team performance. Act as the central point of contact for internal communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across studio, creative, operations and account teams.Reporting lines and key stakeholders

Requirements
Agency experience gained working on global Marketing accounts, ideally with a localisation background Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects, internal processes and department involvement Demonstrable experience in managing large scale, complex and multi-market projects Proficient with technology and tools Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight timeframes Demonstrate clear thinking under pressure.#LI-Hybrid #LI-KF1
