**What you’ll be doing**
As the Project Director, Risk Management, deliver projects and programs which may be product, channel, business development, legal and regulatory in nature. You will apply leadership skills and technical expertise to develop detailed business cases outlining goals, terms of reference, and resource requirements, including a detailed cost-benefit analysis. You will also exercise a high degree of independent judgement to develop and implement processes for projects, ensuring consistency with organizational objectives, and quality standards. You will recommend policy and procedures related modifications to direct the entire project life cycle and monitor progress against plans, ensuring that stakeholders are actively engaged in the delivery of project objectives. Additionally, you will drive innovation across all areas of responsibility, applying expert interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Manage the day-to-day project activities** **-** Supporting complex projects dealing with the development, integration and deployment of cross-functional enterprise solutions
+ **Relationship management** **-** Develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external partners. Identify and engage all key stakeholders, contributors and business and technical resources that must participate in a project and ensure that contributors are motivated to complete assigned tasks within the parameters of the project plan. Provide support to initiative planning in the process of identification and prioritization of initiatives within Risk Management, Regulatory and Compliance in order to support overall business strategy.
+ **Produce executive reports** **-** For assigned project keep management apprised of project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievements or misses.
+ **Project delivery and review** **-** Develop and implement process for projects, new or modified projects or services including user feedback and acceptance and ensuring consistency with organizational objectives and standards of quality.
+ **Act as business sponsor** **-** Representative for projects where required, monitor projects from a product perspective to ensure approved projects are completed successfully, on time and on budget. Monitor of benefits realization in post-implementation
+ **Strategy development** **-** Participate and contribute to the development of policy and strategy for Risk Management and Promote an environment where innovative solutions are employed to ensure efficient, timely problem resolutions, which meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
**Who you are**
+ **You can demonstrate experience.** 5+ years of project management experience. You have experience with Planview and MS Office suite. You have experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
