Join us in shaping a brighter future! **Core responsibilities** + Lead End-to-End Development: Champion the full lifecycle of complex element and technology development projects, from research and development through to full-scale industrialization. + Multi-Functional Team Leadership: Inspire and guide diverse, multi-functional teams, including engineering, product development, manufacturing, and quality, fostering collaboration and inclusivity. + Project Management: Take ownership of planning and driving project resources, timelines, budgets, risks, quality standards, and results, ensuring everyone’s contributions are valued. + Business Case Management: Lead the business case process, continuously monitoring progress and value creation while balancing trade-offs around technical feasibility, cost-efficiency, business needs, and risk factors. + Decision-Making Leadership: Facilitate structured decision-making processes that prioritize transparency, documentation, and alignment among a diverse group of senior partners with varying priorities. + Partner Engagement: Empower change and build capabilities across a wide range of partners, ensuring alignment, commitment, and successful delivery at all levels. + Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance project execution methodologies, governance frameworks, and collaboration models, encouraging everyone to contribute ideas. **Play your part in our team succeeding** In our Engineering & Quality Strategic Projects & Portfolio Management team, we lead a vibrant and diverse portfolio of strategic, multi-functional projects centered around sustainability and innovative technology development. **Do you have what it takes?** + A proven track record of leading multi-functional technology and industrialization projects of high strategic importance, with 7+ years of progressive experience in similar roles. + Excellent leadership, engagement, and relational skills that foster an inclusive environment. + Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that build strong relationships. + Strong expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and governance practices. + Ideally, you have experience in a similar role, whether at the LEGO Group or within another global organization. \#L1-SV1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
