We are looking for Project Development Manager, to join our Tashkent team. You will report to the Head of Business Development and Asset Management and support him in overseeing the daily business development and commercial activities related to the company's existing industrial gas facilities in Central Asia, as well as exploring new potential opportunities in the region. You will encompass overseeing the entire project screening phase, including the collection and analysis of initial project-related data. Additionally, you will conduct thorough due diligence on both the counterparty and the project itself to assess viability and mitigate risks.

As a Project Development Manager you will

Identify, assess, and drive new business opportunities, including the acquisition of existing industrial gas assets (e.g., air separation plants, H2 production units, membranes, PSA units) and greenfield/brownfield projects with a budget of up to 100 million USD.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues that arise.Serve as a primary point of contact for key industrial customers in the region, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company, and will oversee the preparation and finalization of contracts to ensure alignment withWork closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to drive project success and optimize business outcomes.organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.Oversee customer accounts, including debt monitoring, invoicing, and ensuring timely collection in line with agreed terms.Identify potential risks related to commercial contracts, customer relationships, and business opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.

As a Project Development Manager you already are or have

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, contract management, or commercial management within the industrial gas, energy, or related sectors.Proven experience in managing complex contracts, including commercial agreements, customer relations, and financial aspects, preferably in the industrial gas industry.Experience in the acquisition of industrial gas assets, including air separation plants, hydrogen production units, membranes, and PSA units.Solid track record in identifying, evaluating, and executing greenfield and brownfield development projects, ideally with a focus on projects under 100 million USD.Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (operations, legal, finance, and technical) to ensure effective project execution and contract compliance.Familiarity with the Central Asian industrial and energy markets is highly desirable, along with an understanding of local regulatory environments.English, Russian languages -fluent, Uzbek -will be advantageWork conditions and benefits packageCompetitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditionsSalary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sumsAnnual performance bonusWork schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent cityWhen relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocation of the employee and family members to the place of destination)Annual leave – 28 calendar daysLife and health insurance for employees (including medicines upon doctor’s assignment)Lunch allowance for office employeesSick leave bonus payment up to the full wage amountUnique experience of working in a global company and the opportunity to develop further in international projects
