We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Developer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the development of onshore wind energy projects. You will play a key role in advancing renewable energy initiatives and mitigating climate change.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential sites for onshore wind projects, conducting feasibility studies and site assessments. Manage the permitting process, ensuring all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental assessments. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, government agencies, community groups, and other key stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. Collaborate with engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion. Stay informed on market trends, policy changes, and technological advancements to inform project development strategies.

Profile:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on onshore wind. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Strong project management skills, familiarity with permitting processes, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities. A genuine commitment to renewable energy and sustainability. Strong analytical skills to assess project viability and financial feasibility.
