We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of strategic capital projects, including brownfield expansions and complex factory upgrades. This role is critical in ensuring that investments are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — while aligning with operational needs and stakeholder expectations.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE + Lead the full project lifecycle: from concept and design through to commissioning and handover + Translate business needs into clear technical and delivery plans in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams + Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (internal & external), including contractors, consultants, and OEMs + Drive safety culture across all project activities; ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards + Own project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation; ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress, risks, and performance (e.g., S-curve, earned value) + Ensure robust stakeholder engagement across factory operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and global teams + Lead procurement planning in collaboration with sourcing teams, ensuring transparency, fairness, and value delivery + Champion risk management practices with proactive mitigation plans + Support digital enablement and Industry 4.0 readiness in new investments  WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage + 7+ years of experience in capital project delivery, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments + Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with tight timelines and budgets + Strong understanding of construction safety, process/machine safety, and permit-to-work systems + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills + Competent in using project control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, SAP, or similar) + Demonstrated leadership in driving results through teams without direct authority + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly + Fluency in in English Skills + Exceptional Stakeholder Management + Critical Thinking & Attention to Detail + Problem Solving + Data Driven Decision Making + Forecasting + Risk Management Leadership + You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
