We’re now looking for an experienced Delivery Project Manager (DPM) to join our fast-paced EMEA team, with a focus on impactful digitalization projects across the Middle East.
What the Role Offers
As a Delivery Project Manager, you will operate at the intersection of technical delivery, customer engagement, and strategic program leadership. This is a high-visibility role driving digital transformation projects that blend software, hardware, and data-driven intelligence for industries such as manufacturing, energy, smart infrastructure, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of custom software and turnkey digital solutions, managing full project lifecycles (scope, resources, budget, schedule, and quality). Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term success. Manage cross-functional, multi-national teams, including engineers, developers, and solution architects, both on-site and offshore. Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs. Ensure on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery, including tracking EAC/ETC, managing change requests, and mitigating risks. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and promoting best practices across projects. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and expand digital footprints. Ensure compliance with Siemens guidelines, local laws, and international standards. Travel across the ME region as needed, based on project phases and stakeholder engagement.What You Bring
Master’s degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience leading software and digital solution projects, preferably in the Middle East. Deep understanding of IoT, digital transformation, and integrating software/hardware into business outcomes. Proven experience in multi-phase project delivery, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, energy, smart buildings, or infrastructure. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills – both internally and externally. Experience managing onshore/offshore teams, subcontractors, and partners. Proficiency in project financials (EAC/ETC), reporting, and tools such as MS Project or MS Project Server. Familiarity with design thinking, lean/agile methods, and digital project lifecycles. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus. PMP, IPMA Level B/C, or PM@Siemens certification is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the ME region.Why Join Siemens Advanta
