**About The Role:**
In this full-time role, you will play a key role in the implementation of the InEight Document module to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our proprietary software by our valued clients. You will partner closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally, using your exceptional relationship-building skills to identify best practices for system implementation and change management processes within the client business.
You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training methods and materials for client organisations to drive efficient use of the software, providing ongoing guidance and support during the initial implementation phase and liaising with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the solution.
**InEight promotes a flexible working environment and is able to accommodate work-from-home arrangements. The ideal candidate will be based in a major metropolitan region to meet with clients face-to-face as required.**
**_Experience & Qualifications:_**
+ Demonstrated experience in a training or consulting background within a software environment (SaaS solution preferred, but not essential)
+ Previous user experience with information management, document management or records management software highly regarded
+ Previous experience in developing and delivering training material to external clients
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
+ Agile and responsive listening skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve issues in a logical and concise manner
+ Excellent customer focus with strong networking/relationship-building skills
+ Strong negotiation and influencing skills
+ Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
+ Effectively able to manage an ever-changing work environment and assist others with adapting to change.
