As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Product Manager. The purpose of a Project Coordinator is to assist the toy and sporting goods Product Manager throughout all levels of product development. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities
... Collaborate with multiple teams to keep product projects on track for sales presentations and trade shows. Coordinate with vendors to manage merchandise and billing. Accurately enter and update detailed data Assign item numbers, raw material numbers, and UPCs. Process change notices, update new product detail sheets, and enter information into a database. Establish predetermined assortments at month-end. Track and organize projects using Quickbase. Set up products for online sales and bundles. Maintain and update image relay. Update quotes with dimensions and pricing information. Request sample items for refreshed products. Troubleshoot and resolve product development issues that may ariseQualifications
High school diploma or GED. Microsoft Office Suite experience. Basic computer knowledge.Preferred Skills
