Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Project Coordinator- Site Supervision to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate and monitor all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completionConduct regular site visits to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standardsCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentumPrepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgetsEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocolsManage and track project resources, including materials, equipment, and laborFacilitate effective communication between all project team members and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or budgetsAssist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or site supervisionProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of construction management tools and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExceptional time management and organizational skillsIn-depth understanding of the construction industry, building codes, and safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredWillingness to travel to various construction sites within Abu DhabiFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is a plus
