About this Role

The Project Coordinator/Scheduler at IFS InfraSource is responsible for providing support to the operations and/or project team(s) as it relates to gathering, evaluating, and interpreting information. Reviews and prepares documents in support of work project schedules, permits, proposals, reports and assists Operations Manager as needed.

What You'll Do Assist the Area Manager/Field Supervision with collection of information needed to ensure accurate project progress reports, billing, and customer informationAttend meetings as necessary and distribute appropriate data to Area/Field ManagementAssist in gathering, evaluating and interpreting proposal data, blueprints, specifications, collection of historical data and related documentsPrepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationAssist and participate in accounting and/or project audits and lessons learnedReview/verify project revenueGather/organize paperworkCrew project schedulesContractor Log/Change LogPermits/permit trackersSubcontractor schedulesRestoration RequestsProgress TrackersProject assignmentRelight scheduleMaterial RequisitionsMonthly ForecastsAbility to travel and additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring Excellent Computer, and Stakeholder Management SkillsExcellent Software Skills including, excel, project, access, word and ability to learn advanced programsExcellent Communications, Interpersonal and Customer Relations SkillsDegree or Certificate in Engineering, Project Management, or related industry experienceNatural gas experience preferred What You'll Get Paid on-the-job technical and professional trainingDefined career path for future growthCompetitive wages and industry-leading benefits including Retirement Plan Equal Opportunity Employer
