**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as a resource on projects and work assignments, applying basic project management and business knowledge.
+ Identify, track, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
+ Monitor and communicate project status to internal teams and stakeholders.
+ Assist in budget planning, tracking, and providing research and analytical support.
+ Contribute to the design and development of project plans and timelines.
+ Support risk management efforts using quality tools to identify and mitigate risks.
+ Maintain project documentation, databases, and records.
+ Share team learnings and leverage cross-functional insights to enhance project outcomes.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience**
+ Minimum o2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, procurement, or data analytics.
+ Hands-on experience with advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools is essential.
+ Exposure to change management (e.g., VPCR) or formal project management methodologies is a plus.
**Skills**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
+ Strong analytical and data representation skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
