The Project Coordinator is a office/shop - based role responsible for providing hands-on coordination and support for the job planning, assembly and deploy of field equipment and tools. This role works closely with workshop and field staff to ensure tasks are completed in compliance with Weatherford’s OEPS standards and project requirements. The Project Coordinator also assists in planning and tracking work orders, documentation, and scheduling of maintenance and refurbishment activities while adhering to HSE and quality standards. A strong focus is placed on supporting operations and aligning daily activities with business and client expectations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project coordination, field services, or technical workshop supportFluent in EnglishKnowledge in Liner Hanger product lineBachelor’s degree in engineering required.

Work within an established geographical area to generate new business, increase revenue and service existing customer. Ensuring that full technical support is provided to the customers team on a 24-hour basis.Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. Assist and support new product introduction / development.lead in technical investigations and problem Job reporting.Support the overall technology strategy.Training customers and/or field personnel on new products Coordinate the repair, maintenance, and refurbishment workflow of field equipment in the workshop.Work closely with technicians to ensure timely execution of work orders and adherence to technical instructions.Maintain accurate records of tools received, serviced, and dispatched using relevant systems (e.g., WO labor log, AIRTs).Support operations in resource planning, documentation, and scheduling to avoid delays and optimize readiness.Ensure workshop activities comply with company HSE, compliance, and quality standards.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on job priorities, tool requirements, and customer needs.Assist in tracking inventory, parts availability, and project timelines.Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
