 What You will Do:

Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk managementFacilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive level managementDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action itemsMonitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessaryManage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expensesLead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project successPrepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholdersMentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates and project managers

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required2-3 years of experience in project coordination or managementProfound project management and organizational skills, including experience leading large-scale projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations to executive level managementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectProject management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required

Pay Range: $60k - $75k

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Plainfield, IN

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
