The Project Management Lead Associate will play a strategic role in the planning, execution, and tracking of complex projects. They will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk managementFacilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive level managementDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action itemsMonitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessaryManage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expensesLead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project successPrepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholdersMentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates and project managersWork Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required2-3 years of experience in project coordination or managementProfound project management and organizational skills, including experience leading large-scale projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations to executive level managementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectProject management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required.Work Location: Onsite at customer locations near Indianapolis, IN 46225
