Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator III to support the overall grant and contract efforts, ensure compliance with the regulations, and review proposal. This resource will work within the ARX Management and Operation team within CDC Division Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP). Responsibilities Coordinate management and operation tasks conducted by project coordination team related to extramural activities. Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures by the project coordination team related to extramural activities. Coordinate activities and documents for contracts and grants management services, including analyzing and summarizing annual reports from grantees. Perform complex management and administrative duties requiring attention to detail and analysis, including strategic planning and financial analysis and preparing specialized program and project budgets and reports (e.g., technical reviews, carryover requests, contract modifications) to support operational needs. Maintain records that provide for the proper evaluation, control and documentation of assigned activities; prepare a variety of written correspondence, reports and other materials. Monitor operations of the program to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and that services and projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively; take corrective action. Prepare project budgets to include operational needs. Adhere recommendations for and execute changes in operations to ensure maximum effective service provision. Perform strategic planning and financial analysis, including preparation of project budgets to include operational needs. Prioritize and allocate available program resources by reviewing and evaluating program and service delivery. Attend approved conferences and meetings in relations to communications and antimicrobial resistance activities. Attend CDC approved trainings required to learn new government systems to complete required tasks. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public health or a minimum of 4 to 7 years project coordination experience in public health, government, grants management or acquisition management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Analytical skills. Project coordination and prioritization skills. Experience working in deadline-driven environment. Proven ability to track and monitor project process. Ability to understand the needs of the agency funding and the organization that is offering the funds.
