About the role:
Project Coordinator III coordinates projects, activities and complex project programs for Network Strategy and supports business related projects at Convatec Michalovce. Runs assigned projects in compliance with valid change management SOP and drives good project techniques through the organization
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Project Coordinator III
Managing/supporting and implementing of projects
Responsible for managing Network Strategy programs – which consists of multiple subprojects and could be associated with multiple sub-owners. Main duty is to oversee overall program progress, ensure deadlines are met and challenges/obstacles addressed with stakeholders. Program´s duration is usually exceeding more than 2 years and could/could not be handed over to organization as standardized working process
Work with global functions and third party suppliers – as required by character of projects
Create projects/program overviews/presentations and present on PMO meetings or as requested by management
Responsible for projects with higher level of complexity, with multiple factors being implemented at the same time and working with cross-functional departments
Support and run individual projects from Network operation – such as new product/component to be launched, new equipment to be introduced at any site of CCC business as requested by management
Responsible for processing the data to identify potential opportunities for standardization and harmonization in terms of products, products components or processes aiming to decrease the costs constantly
Developing new opportunities based upon the data processing as stated above Discuss and agree the opportunities with stakeholders and define the project scope and goals
Eliminate and remove obstacles and barriers which can be raised during project performance from different reasons as time reasons, communication, knowledge reasons or resource constraint reasons
Carry out the projects aligned with targets of individual departments
Carry out business risk related projects such as material discontinuation, process improvements projects, complaint or CAPA related projects, cost reduction projects as per need in organization
Close cooperation with management team when defining anew projects as well as keep ongoing informing about the status
Run and document projects according rules stated in valid version of SOP00016
About you:
Proficient with PC programs i.e. Excel - active work and higher level required, Office package (Word, and PowerPoint), Project management (Microsoft Project, etc.), SAP advantage
Experience in project management is preferred but not required
Creation of team oriented work, avoiding mistakes and holding time schedules along activities

Ability to work in a team, communication in international and cross functional team
Position is also suitable for a fresh graduate
Qualifications/Education:
High education or University degree - Quality Management or Technical /Engineering
