Job Title: Project Coordinator II

Job Description

Join a dynamic team that designs and engineers innovative consumer electronics and other emerging products. As a Project Coordinator II, you will support the Devices Beta team in the planning and execution of beta testing programs, driving real-world validation and delight for Devices. You will work closely with program owners, beta participants, and product and engineering teams to facilitate new product launches, system software updates, and marketplace expansions. This role offers ample growth opportunities in program management activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and device distribution/retrieval for beta participants.Drive beta data collection efforts via surveys, focus groups, community channels, and other methods.Generate reports to review with key stakeholders such as beta program managers and product team members.Draft, edit, and distribute beta program communications (e.g., welcome emails) using tools like Slack, Chime, and Outlook.Monitor, analyze, resolve, and escalate support requests from beta participants.Support beta participant and program data management and documentation activities using Excel, Quicksight, JIRA, and Confluence.Assist beta program managers in strategy, planning, participant engagement, and operational excellence activities.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in project/program management and stakeholder management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and Microsoft Office.Experience with categorization and basic analysis of data sets, providing recommendations for process improvement.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of work experience supporting Project, Program, Product, or Marketing teams.Experience using databases to accurately track people and items, and report on status.Experience tracking activity, progress, and success using metrics and Key Performance Indicators.Basic technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot issues with household devices.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring one on-site workday per week, specifically on Mondays. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team passionate about customer feedback and operational excellence.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
