**Project Coordinator** **Location:** Syracuse, NY (Hybrid) **Job Type:** Full-Time **Pay: $33.55/hour** **About the Position** PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Project Manager to support 3rd Party Attachments team within upstate New York (NMPC) jurisdiction. This is a critical role focused on managing inspections, ensuring policy compliance, tracking regulatory performance, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners. If you're passionate about utility infrastructure, data analysis, and regulatory compliance – we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** + Monitor and apply policies and procedures for 3rd Party Attachments, including: + Coordinating special and post-construction inspections + Understanding applicable standards (NESC, contractual, and legislative) + Managing data, inspection software, and trackers + Producing regulatory reports related to the inspection program + Liaising with internal/external design engineering teams + Coordinating with joint pole owners for inspection remediation + Supporting inspection billing and invoicing + Develop and manage **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** to track trends, violations, and overall program performance. + Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support inspection resolutions and third-party compliance. + Assist in the development and execution of asset and business strategies to maintain safety, compliance, and system reliability. **Qualifications** + Associate Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field _(or equivalent 1–3 years of relevant experience)_ + Familiarity with OSHA, NEC/NESC + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); Access and Visio a plus + Ability to interpret contracts, engineering drawings, and technical documents + Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate and interpret data + Technical communication and documentation skills + Knowledge of distribution infrastructure and acceptable safety practices + Experience or familiarity with systems such as STORMS, GIS, SAP, PowerPlan, Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record **Pay Details:** $33.55 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
