**Overview:**
Join a high-impact risk and compliance team supporting a major research initiative involving international operations. The role focuses on classifying third-party items under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) through detailed research and vendor outreach.
+ **Location:** Onsite (Richmond, VA preferred; McLean, VA as secondary option)
+ **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
+ **Pay Rate:** $25.80
+ **Assignment Type:** Temporary (No extension or conversion opportunity)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct public research and direct outreach (email/phone) to obtain Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) and export authorization data
+ Compile well-organized, accurate documentation in the system of record
+ Manage large volumes of data entry across multiple projects
+ Meet research deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and organization
**Requirements:**
+ Experience with technology development, compliance, or risk auditing
+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
+ Proven ability to manage concurrent research tasks and documentation workflows

**Pay Details:** $25.80 per hour
