Lead downstream project execution from design to commissioning, ensuring timelines, scope, and technical requirements are met.
Manage project budgets and schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to deliver on time and within cost.
Coordinate external suppliers and contractors, overseeing service quality, cost control, and on-site performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and HSE to align technical requirements and ensure smooth integration.
Apply technical knowledge of machinery (speed, layout, configuration) and use tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Project for planning, layout updates, and reporting.
What makes you greatRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience of 3 to 5 years in managing production line installation projects, ideally in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Intermediate to advanced English (required for regional coordination and supplier interaction).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D, plant layout modifications).
Microsoft Project or other project planning tools.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.).
Strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving and solution development.
