MAU is hiring a Financial Project Coordinator for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Financial Project Coordinator, you will monitor, analyze, and report capital expenditure budgets to ensure accurate financial tracking and support strategic decision-making. This is an 18-month contract opportunity.
Benefits Package Health benefits Paid time off (PTO) Competitive pay based on experience Shift Information Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred Education and Experience Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Experience in capital budgeting and investment analysis Experience preparing reports and presenting to project leadership General Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Essential Functions Monitor and track spending against approved CapEx budgets to ensure alignment with financial plans Analyze budget variances and prepare detailed reports for management Collaborate with project managers and department heads to gather financial data and forecast spending Assist in the preparation and maintenance of capital project financial reports Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls Provide insights and recommendations to optimize capital expenditure and improve performance Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial reviews Conduct financial analysis to assess feasibility and impact of proposed capital projects Maintain accurate records of CapEx transactions and documentation MAU does not offer any sponsorship assistance for this role
