**Purpose:**
**As a Project Coordinator at J&J MedTech Orthopaedics, you will play a meaningful role by leading aspects of world-wide surgeon team event logistics and assisting with R&D project initiatives sought at innovating and improving patient outcomes through advanced orthopaedic solutions! You will be an essential team member on the forefront of digital technology for the MedTech industry. In this role, you will regularly work with internal and external associates and leaders across Johnson and Johnson MedTech. Under the guidance of Project Managers, you will coordinate and facilitate surgeon events, cadaver labs, teleconferences, and other interactions with healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will support the R&D team by placing purchase orders, submitting service requests, and developing and maintaining SharePoint sites to ensure smooth operations and accessibility to resources.**
**You will be responsible for:**
+ Coordinate surgeon teams with support from Project Managers and the R&D Team.
+ Facilitate agreements and contracts with surgeons, working closely with the J&J legal office.
+ Develop a full-year plan of world-wide surgeon engagements (virtual and in person meetings), ensuring availability of regional surgeons, development team, and appropriate 3rd party attendees.
+ Plan and coordinate all aspects of surgeon events. This will include on-site support during events.
+ Generate and distribute surgeon meeting communications, working closely with product development, medical affairs and legal.
+ Support any events by engaging with HCPs to select appropriate meeting times, facilitate planning meetings and assign actions, prepare presentations, and capture meeting minutes.
+ Lead meetings between Development teams, lab participants and event sites to plan and coordinate all activities, agendas and materials for successful meetings and labs.
+ Coordinate and track budget and expenses for Surgeon Engagement activities.
+ Maintain all appropriate training and ensure compliance to Health Care Compliance requirements.
+ Work closely with Corporate Travel partners to ensure all arrangement of domestic and international travel, completion of travel expense reports, and logistics of travel-related activities are completed in a timely manner and professionally communicated to surgeon team.
+ Submit purchase orders for the Enabling Technologies department.
+ Develop and maintain SharePoint sites to support efficiencies within the Project Management Office.
+ Exercise independent discretion and good judgement to independently assess and resolve situations/problems, and respond to frequently shifting priorities across multiple departments.
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ Minimum of 6 years of meaningful experience with HS diploma, minimum of 4 years of meaningful experience with Associate’s degree, or minimum of 2 years of meaningful experience with Bachelor's degree
+ Experience supporting senior level management or administrative / executive assistance
+ Demonstrated organization of task management
+ Experience in event planning
+ Digital proficiency including Microsoft Teams site creation, permission management, and Power Automate. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
+ Experience in handling your daily workload to ensure the highest priority tasks take precedence
+ The ability to be flexible while handling conflicting, shifting, and competing priorities with minimal direction
+ This position will occasionally require up to 10% domestic travel
**Preferred:**
+ Technical degree or equivalent experience
+ Microsoft Project experience
+ Experience with budget and travel processing platforms such as Salesforce, Concur, Ariba or similar tools
+ Proven track record to anticipate issues that may arise and resolving issues promptly when encountered
+ Previous experience within Medical Device industry or other complex regulated environment
+ Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion to independently assess and resolve complex situations and problems
+ Interest in learning new systems independently

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$74,000-$110,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
