Join our Diversity in Clinical Trials (DICT) global team as **Project Specialist – Diversity in Clinical Trials** and you’ll support coordination activities for strategic projects, ensuring the efficient execution of processes and frameworks preferably through Agile methodologies. This role is responsible for supporting administrative tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to align with business goals. You will proactively track project milestones, report on risks, and continuously optimize processes to ensure successful completion of DICT programs. **M** **ain responsibilities:** **Administrative:** + Support submissions (e.g Medical and Marketing Review Committee) for scientific congresses and patient-facing materials, legal, compliance, and data privacy reviews + Manage contracts and purchase orders with vendors and external partners + Schedule team meetings and minutes **Project Planning and Tracking:** + Co-develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that map out activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities + Promote collaboration and alignment among various, cross-functional teams; facilitate cross-functional communication and understanding + Document management: maintain, organize and update materials in collaborative workspaces + Track project progress, ensure transparency and visibility of project progress, interdependencies, and bottlenecks across teams and stakeholders.
