This role does not require specific industry experience but does demand a strong work ethic, excellent organization, and the motivation to learn and take on more responsibility. What You Will Do Safety First: Follow safe work practices that align with company safety programs and client site policies to ensure a Stay Accident Free Every Day culture. Promote company core values to strengthen and protect our culture. Support project delivery and management with day-to-day administrative tasks. Process and monitor timecards and labor hours, assigning them to the correct projects and cost codes. Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Prepare presentation materials and content (Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency required). Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Chair and facilitate meetings when needed; distribute meeting minutes to team members. Coordinate travel arrangements for technicians. Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and material management. Track labor production rates for project teams. Collaborate with departments across the organization as needed. Support HR functions for union technicians, including onboarding, equipment ordering, and assisting with mandatory trainings. Needs for Success Professional, effective communicator with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients. Adaptable and positive under changing priorities and time constraints. Strong oral/written communication, organization, and customer service skills. Confident presenting to groups of various sizes. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated. Skilled in resource organization and setting priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experienced with Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, or similar platforms. What You Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (construction industry preferred). Knowledge of various contracting and project delivery methods: lump sum, fixed price, cost-plus, GMP, unit price/rate, design-build, time and material. Experience with union personnel is a plus but not required. Additional Details Supervisory Responsibility: None. Work Location & Travel: May require daily presence on project sites or support for multiple sites from an office location. Up to 5% travel may be required.
