Job Title: Construction Administrative Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage order information, track product quantities, and work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This role also involves supporting construction administration tasks and maintaining accurate records of customer sales orders.

ResponsibilitiesInput order information into the accounting system.Track product quantities and types for inventory purposes.Follow up with vendors on lead times and delivery dates.Compare billings against delivery tickets to ensure accuracy.Communicate with, verify, and track supplier delivery systems.Collaborate with the team to review material requirements and inventory levels.Perform construction administration duties, including report writing and assisting with estimates.Ensure all customer sales orders are inputted completely and accurately.Schedule and address customer inquiries regarding deliveries.Create Word documents from reports.Essential Skills1+ year of experience in construction coordinating or purchasing.1+ year of experience working with MS Project or Excel.Proficiency in project coordination, construction, and construction administration.Strong data entry and administrative support skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.Work Environment

The position is based at a lumber yard office. The work environment is dynamic and involves collaboration with team members to meet project goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
