Project Coordinator
### Job Duties OATI is seeking business professionals for Project Coordinator positions to assist in coordinating project deployments within the energy industry. These roles require demonstrated proficiency in communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of project structuring, planning, and implementation. Successful candidates will play a key role in managing customer, vendor, and internal projects, including various administrative functions. In addition to contributing to cutting-edge industry initiatives, these positions offer significant advancement opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The starting salary range for the role ranges from $55,000.00 - $80,000.00. Job responsibilities include: • Provide administrative functions and support to project teams • Provide administrative functions to other groups in the organization including processing documentation as needed • Participate in various solution project teams, providing support to the project team leader • Actively support, track, and monitor project communication and activities • Compile and track data and documentation for specific projects Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as business and project management • Experience in a software application is a plus • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role • Bilingual preferred (Spanish) • Experience demonstrating excellent written communication abilities • Strong knowledge of Microsoft® Office Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to acquire new skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments • Excellent teamwork, work independently, creative/good level of initiative, good sense of ownership • Acceptable background investigation report • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future • Local to MN Full-time employment includes competitive salary and benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and excellent health and dental insurance programs.
