Job Title: Project Coordinator

Compensation: $27.00 - $29.50 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid



System One is currently seeking a  Project Coordinator on a 7 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN. 

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:  Responsible for reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring all necessary actions are completed efficiently. Will work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive additional lists as needed. Review and process backlog work orders Communicate with other coordinators and stakeholders Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress Work independently while reaching out to team members when necessary
Project Coordinator Requirements:  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed Prior experience in customer service is a plus SAP preferred
