Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Foothill Ranch, California. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards within manufacturing and distribution processes. Responsibilities: • Monitor supplier performance and capabilities to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to assess vendor relationships based on supplier quality reviews. • Analyze product samples using established methods to ensure compliance with specifications. • Interpret blueprints and technical instructions to understand and enforce quality requirements. • Address supplier-related quality issues and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency. • Work with internal teams to enhance overall supply chain quality and drive continuous improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with company-wide stakeholders to align quality goals. • Ensure compliance with company protocols and quality systems. • Travel as needed to conduct audits, evaluations, and supplier assessments. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or a related field preferred. • At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with teams and vendors. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in supply chain logistics, project coordination, and document control. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems. • Willingness to travel for audits and supplier evaluations as required.
