• Consolidating various metrics and activities to different visualization methods to present findings in a clear and concise manner to inform leadership and standard work procedures.
• Assist leadership proactive data analysis
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies that optimize PD&C efficiency, standardization, and quality.
• Assist with Document management and control processes.
• Assist in administrative, committee, and/or regulatory activities on behalf of the department, such as action plans, coordination, trend analysis, standard documentation, and facilities assessment reporting.
• Assist in procurement activities of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FFE) items specifically focusing on capital and/or strategic projects. Typically, in support of a senior Project Manager.
• Assist in other initiatives as required.
Must be able to manage and organize a large workload for timely completion of activities. Must be able to communicate both verbally portraying complex or non-clinical data sets, and prepare visual reports, charts, graphs, dashboards or other tools to support governance procedures, organizational decision making, improve processes, or achieve organizational and/or project goals. Must be able to work on integrated project teams in a collaborative manner with a variety of stakeholders.
3 years experience in project management, process improvement and Lean/six sigma related work. Demonstrated work in Facilities and / or Healthcare preferred.Education Qualifications:
