Description We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Responsibilities: • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication. • Coordinate and manage deadlines across multiple projects to ensure timely completion. • Provide regular status updates and progress reports on ongoing projects. • Collect, analyze, and compile data into comprehensive reports for management use. • Perform various ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as needed to support project goals. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and modify documents and spreadsheets efficiently. • Strong typing skills, ranging from 45 to 60 words per minute, with a focus on accuracy. • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management with attention to detail. • Previous experience in the retail industry or a customer service-focused role. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
