This Opportunity:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the support of project operations. This position does not require specific industry experience but does require that the person in this role has a solid work ethic, is highly organized and motivated by the opportunity to learn and do more.
What You Will Do:

• Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard Company culture.
• Aids Project Delivery and Management with day-to-day administrative functions.
• Maintains, monitors and timely processes timecards and worked hours to appropriate projects and cost codes.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and engagements.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions arising from meetings.
• Assists in the preparation of presentation materials and content.
• Ensure projects documentation is maintained appropriately filed for each project.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Coordinate, manage, and make travel arrangements for technicians traveling to and from the project location.
• Performs entry level project accounting functions.
• Assists in procurements, tracking, sorting and inventory of materials and supplies.
• Aids Project Management in tracking labor production rates
• Collaborates with the entire organization as necessary or required.

• Demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Proficient in using a computer and business / industry applications - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), Bluebeam, Procore, Textura and others.
What You Bring to the Table:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position or role. Construction industry experience is preferred.
• Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design-build, time and material.
• Preferred professional certifications:
- OSHA-10 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
Supervisory Responsibility:
This will not have direct reports.
Work Location and Travel:
May be required to be on project site daily or support multiple project sites from office location. May require up to 5% travel.
