**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
+ Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
+ Facilitate kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
+ Translate customer needs into actionable tasks for internal teams.
+ Provide consultative guidance on system configuration
+ Coordinate with external partners (e.g., hardware vendors, installers) to align timelines and ensure seamless delivery of deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
+ Track progress and proactively identify risks or delays.
+ Schedule and coordinate hardware shipments, software delivery, and field training.
+ Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
+ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Support, and Field Services to ensure alignment and readiness.
+ Escalate and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
+ Participate in internal project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support customers during go-live and post-implementation phases.
+ Support transition to Customer Support or Account Management teams.
**WHO YOU ARE**
+ 1+ years of experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, or implementation.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
+ Experience with project management tools (e.g., Clarizen, Asana, Smartsheet).
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in software and hardware implementation, or technology-enabled services.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing platforms.
+ Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
+ PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
