 CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:  PROJECT COORDINATOR


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones and deliverablesCoordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communications between teamsMaintain project documentation, trackers, and status reportsMonitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocationIdentify and mitigate risks and delays by supporting issue resolutionCollaborate across departments to keep projects aligned and moving forwardSupport the Project Manager in day-to-day administration and decision-makingJOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or project management a plus but not required 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role (project-based work preferred)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)Analytical mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
Preferred QualificationsCertification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or similar)Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional team
