Project Coordinator + **Location** Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China + **Job ID** 0000026401 + **Category** Hourly **Job Description** + **MD&I is a global organization of project managers, project assistants and specialists that has a hands-on approach towards continuously improve the technologies to enable our internal customers to succeed with their manufacturing objectives.** **Core Responsibilities** + Support MD&I PM and TM in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables. + Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items. + Track and monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and escalate as needed. + Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for stakeholders. + Maintain and organize all project-related documents and files. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and information flow. + Manage communication between internal teams and external vendors or clients, if applicable. + Support resource allocation, budget tracking, and procurement requests when required. + Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. + Onsite process confirmation or shop floor feedback collection. + **Do you have what it takes?** + Preference for candidates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, or related fields. + 2-3 years in engineering, or Project working experience. + IT at user level + Fluent in English/Chinese with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless communication with international teams in a professional context. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. + Opening & willing to learning + Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
