Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met and customers satisfaction is achieved. This role plays a key role in the success of our client through coordination of resources across the Project Management, Field Services, Purchasing and Warehouse teams. The Project Coordinator runs small-scale customer facing projects as well as special internal efforts. This position reports to the PMO Manager
Responsibilities:

Monitors project inbox and assigns projects based on project type, workload, and locationReceives project resource request and schedule from Project ManagerWorks with Regional Managers to secure technician resources for install date(s) based on location and final equipment assignmentsRequests bid/availability from third-party installers based on install schedule and locationIssues Purchase Orders to third-party installers to reserve them based on installation scheduleCreates calls (requests for work to be done) and staging of equipment and installation of equipmentCommunicates staging dates, machine wrap dates, and ship dates with staging and shipping teamsCreates weekly shipping scheduleContinually updates tools and schedules with most up to date informationLoads new projects into Monday.comHandles ATM moves and removals as requestedSkills and Qualifications:Detail oriented, very organized person with ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environmentStrong communication skills both written and verbalFriendly, positive attitude with customer service focusAbility to make decisions and adjustments to overcome roadblocksDecisivenessInterpersonal SkillsResourcefulnessExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently or with a teamAbility to work with tight deadlinesAbility to manage change and adapt to change quicklyAbility to perform all duties while maintaining our core values of Professionalism, Integrity, and TeamworkEducation, Training, and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Professional Office EnvironmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, Teams, and OutlookPrevious experience with ERP systems or ability to learn them quicklyExperience using computers for a variety of tasksKnowledge of project management best practices and tools a plusExperience dealing with people in many different roles within an organization and with vendor partners a plus.
The base hourly range for this contract position is $40-$70 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
