About the job:

Kent is looking for a Project Coordinator. You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, and reporting processes to support project success from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily project reporting and progress tracking across disciplinesAssist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and milestone trackersInterface with procurement and commissioning teams to gather updates and ensure alignmentPrepare and distribute dashboardsCoordinate meetings, action items, and communication between internal and external stakeholdersEnsure document control processes are followed and maintained per project proceduresSupport overall planning and forecasting efforts to meet project delivery goalsPerform ad-hoc project support duties as needed to maintain progress and complianceDevelop and maintain mobilization schedules and checklists.Coordinate with HR, logistics, travel, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of personnel.Track visa, work permit, and compliance requirements for mobilized staff.Arrange travel, accommodation, and site access for mobilized personnel.Ensure transportation of tools, materials, and equipment to site aligns with project timelines.Facilitate site-specific inductions and orientation sessions.Ensure new personnel receive safety briefings and essential documents (e.g., site rules, emergency procedures).Ensure all employees have valid certifications (e.g., H2S, SafeLandUSA, TWIC cards), medicals, and site-specific training.Maintain detailed mobilization logs and status trackers.Address delays, bottlenecks, or non-compliance issues proactively.

Your knowledge, skills, and experience:

Required:

5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of oil & gas operational environments (onshore, offshore, remote locations)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of HSE protocolsAbility to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-risk project environments

Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldPrevious experience supporting commissioning or field execution projectsFamiliarity with project controls systems such as Aconex, EcoSys, or SAP
