Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee projects and ensure they move efficiently while key stakeholders align on objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cross-functional projects and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate communication between teams, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed of project progress.
+ Maintain detailed project documentation, including budgets, resource allocation, and progress reports.
+ Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
+ Identify areas of concern or potential challenges, proactively proposing solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
+ Support resource management efforts, allocating staff and materials appropriately to meet project requirements.
+ Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are clearly communicated and monitored.
+ Utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello) to optimize workflows and provide real-time updates.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative roles, or related fields.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools highly preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with project management software a strong plus.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required.
+ Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM or PMP) is an advantage but not mandatory.
