**Position Summary:**
The **Project Coordinator** will support the day-to-day operations of the PXO team, ensuring smooth project execution and workflow management. This role is essential in facilitating creative project coordination, managing intake processes, tracking timelines, and supporting project managers to keep work moving efficiently. The Project Coordinator will partner with stakeholders across creative, marketing, and business teams to remove roadblocks and maintain alignment on priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in project intake, scheduling, and tracking to ensure smooth project execution.
+ Support project managers in capacity planning and resource balancing.
+ Facilitate partner review and approval workflows to keep projects on schedule.
+ Maintain timelines and deliverables, proactively flagging risks or delays.
+ Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

**Minimum Requirement/Qualifications:**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Operations Management, or Communications).
**Experience:**
+ Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
+ Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and business teams.
+ Ability to problem-solve and anticipate challenges before they impact workflow.
+ 1+ years’ experience as a user or other similar project management platform, familiarity with Workfront is a plus.
+ Proficient with Microsoft applications
+ Proficiency in English
+ Solid ability to uphold positive team environments
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and remote talent.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams.
+ Familiarity with project management and tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira) and experience using them to manage projects and tasks.
+ Highly organized and proactive.
+ Committed to continuous improvement and creating operational efficiencies.
