We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized candidate with exceptional time management and prioritization skills to support the logistics of our leadership development programs for Senior Manager, Director, and VP level leaders. In this dynamic role, you will be critical in enhancing efficiency and maintaining a strong program brand as you interact with stakeholders. You will navigate challenges associated with building new systems and fostering collaboration within a team that thrives on continuous improvement. Your ability to anticipate needs and communicate effectively will be essential in operationalizing strategies into impactful outcomes to ensure we meet our deliveries.

The Leadership Development team is responsible for skilling over 16,000 leaders for critical transition and high potential roles. We are in a transformative period in our journey where we are building the framework and tools to accelerate our program for continuous success for today and years to come. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Coordinate end to end logistics for leadership development programs for Senior Manager, Director, and VP level leaders with direction from the program manager. 

Support program delivery through guest speaker scheduling, communications strategy, materials preparation, and initiatives to enhance participant engagement. 

Employ advanced project management skills and tools to monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, providing regular progress updates and identifying potential challenges. 

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to ensure accountability and alignment on priorities, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed. 

Serve as a point of contact and collaborate with internal teams (sectors/business, Events and Logistics, Leadership Development team) to ensure smooth execution of programs. 

Capture and integrate program materials, marketing updates, and logistics information into enterprise-wide documents and communications, guaranteeing that partners and participants are consistently informed of the latest developments and resources.  

Act as a proactive liaison between stakeholders, utilizing strong communication skills to anticipate needs and address concerns. 

Assess interdependencies across programs to identify synergies and conflicts by proactively evaluating risks and developing strategies to mitigate challenges. 

Basic Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Operations or related field and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or program management roles. 

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Prior experience in the preparation and execution of large-scale events  

Advanced Microsoft suite, SharePoint, and graphic design skills a plus  

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication  

Broad based experience as an HR Business Partner, change management, prior experience with working on larger scale OD/OE projects, and/or experience in other HR CoEs (Centers of Excellence) 

Prior experience working in a large, complex matrixed environment; A&D experience a plus  

Agile project management experience; certification as a scrum master a plus 

Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
