Job Summary

The Dept. of Newborn Medicine is looking for a (per diem) Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


 

Qualifications

Essential Functions

Assist in the development and management of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications among team members and stakeholders.

Track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.

Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience
Experience in project coordination or management 2-3 years required and Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulations.
