Initially, the candidate will support a local Client and the position requires to candidate to be onsite five (5) days in Blue Plans, Washington DC. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Collaborate with TYLin’s on-site management team and external stakeholders to develop and maintain staff work plans for over 150 employees. + Develop and track task orders + Review subconsultant invoices + Develop project reports for financial KPIs QUALIFICATIONS: + 5+ years of program reporting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Strong oral and written communication skills required. + Experience supporting financial systems + Experienced in handling contracts, tracking budgets and improving operational processes + Proficiency with MS Office programs required. + Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions. **Additional Information** TYLin is committed to pay equity.
