The Project Controls Coordinator will be provide Project Controls support to the Project Management team.
As a Project Controls Co-ordinator , you will be responsible for:
o Invoice and Cash monitoring
o Supporting customer scope / internal change, cost identification/ Impact estimation
o Warranty and Bank Guarantee Monitoring
o Supporting Risk Management & Lessons Learned process
o Commercial Invoices
o Monitoring Customer feedback and Net Promoter Scores
o Indirect Ordering
o Oracle Sales Order updatesReporting internally on Invoice and Cash managementUtilising BH bespoke reporting systemsInterfacing with Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and CustomersReviewing and commenting on customer project control requirements for new projectsBeing proactive in supporting Continuous Improvement & System DevelopmentSupporting the PMO (examples include Monthly reporting and Auditing)

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s degree an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in a Finance or Project Controls environmentHave a good understanding of Project Management processesHave proven experience in a variety of Project Control activitiesHave the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environmentHave sound oral and written communication skillsBe able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisationBe a successful team player
