Job Description
We are seeking a Project Controls Assistant to provide crucial support to Project Controls Analysts. The role involves ensuring effective planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting of project activities. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and assisting in the implementation of project control systems to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
ResponsibilitiesManage budgeting processes and ensure contractual compliance while preventing audit risks.Utilize contractual knowledge to understand contract structures and review processes.Assist with estimates and budget creation, including reading take-offs.Load Power BI sheets into dashboards for comprehensive project analysis.Interpret AIA documents to assess billing progress and budget adherence.Essential SkillsProven experience in cost control and project controls.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to read and write formulas.Experience with ERP systems such as Vista, SAP, or Oracle.Strong skills in reporting and forecasting.Knowledge of project coordination and contract management.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in project controls or project administration.Familiarity with Power BI, Procore, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and DocuSign is preferred.Industry knowledge and financial experience would be advantageous.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
