Job Description: Project Controls Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, and a strong working knowledge of Power BI. This role is critical in supporting project management functions through automation, data analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities + Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline project control processes. + Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. + Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems. + Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions to ensure reliability and scalability. + Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into project performance, timelines, and resource utilization. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and automation tools. + Provide training and support to team members on the use of Power Platform tools. + Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform and project controls. Qualifications and Skills + Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. + Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting. + Understanding of project management principles and project control methodologies. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Basic knowledge of project controls and prior project control experience is an added advantage. + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
