Project Controls Analyst
** This is a contract position hiring immediately**  Description Responsibilities -Anticipate when a project team will require additional resources and when a new project is likely to start. Forecast cross-project overlaps (“synergies”) and conflicting demands (“perfect storms”) to keep Project Managers aware of workflows on other projects impacting their teams. -Run bi-weekly staffing meetings to present information simultaneously to all Principals, and send in-depth follow-up report. -Work with Principals throughout the month to stay on top of their project needs / requests / expectations -Maintain project schedules in Ajera for all (~85) current projects. -Interpret and understand the needs of individual projects and people. -Provide daily support to Project Managers (architects and engineers) through regular communication and analysis. -Communicate effectively with all levels of internal stakeholders, including working with technical staff at all levels to determine individual capacity. -Work in-person with New York colleagues, and via Zoom with West Coast and other colleagues. -Analyze employee utilization and project budgets as needed. -Maintain flexibility and provide ad hoc support for the business team.
